New Hampshire civil rights complaint filed against woman


A civil rights complaint has been filed against a woman accused of threatening a Black child.Officials with the New Hampshire attorney general’s office said Kristina Graper, 51, of Dover, violated the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act when she allegedly told the boy she would “kneel on his neck” after he accidentally broke her son’s toy.”The civil complaint alleges that the threat was motivated by the victim’s race,” officials wrote in a news release.Graper is also accused of calling the 9-year-old a racial slur.The alleged incident happened at a Dover park in May, officials said.
