The stepmother of a boy found dead in a Palm Bay home has been arrested on what would have been the child’s 13th birthdayPalm Bay police say Samarial Dubose, 30, has been arrested in Connecticut. Police say she has been formally charged with aggravated manslaughter in the death of 12-year-old Noah Godleski.Police say they believe both Jason Godleski and Dubose participated in the Oct. 17 beating of the boy for “misbehaving” and they are accused of leaving Noah dead in the laundry room of their Palm Bay home while they and the three children they share traveled to Connecticut to visit family. Most recently, in March 0f 2020, a Brevard County School District teacher reported to DCF that she believed Noah was being abused by both Dubose and Godleski, but that investigation ended with no findings.As for where Noah’s biological mother is, police say she lives in Florida, but has not been part of her son’s life for many years.
